I purchased a 2008 Tahoe and right off the dealership lot it had a funky smell. Everything else was perfect and exactly what I wanted so I bought it. Found this product on the internet and had to give it a try. Left it in for apprx. 15 hours and it worked great. It left a chlorine smell in my vehicle for a few days, but anything beats the smell it did have. I would recommend this product to everyone. Very easy to use and it works. I will definately use it again if I ever need it.
We bought a used 2010 Sequoia two weeks ago, only to realize that the first owner was a smoker. You’d think I would have noticed *that* during the test drive, but I thought I was smelling the salesguy, who’s a smoker. Even after the dealer had detailed it, it still smelled like smoke. No home remedies (white vinegar, cup of ground coffee, Febreeze, etc.) seemed to help. Then I ordered autoSHOCKER and we did a 24-hour treatment last Sunday. IT WORKED!! When searching for a solution to a “smelly” Toyota Camry, I came upon your website and decided to try it due to the testimonials on the site. Before trying it, I attempted one more try from Toyota with great results. The problem was that one of the four drain hoses that drain water from the roof and sunroof area was not attached, and water was leaking into the back seat area and the foam in the seat was absorbing this water. After correcting the problem, I placed your Auto Shocker into the car, and followed your simple directions. The results were wonderful. The original “stink” due to the water problem is gone, and the car smells very clean, a little bit strong on the clean smell, but a LOT better. I started the Room Shocker in an apartment that I own this morning. I put 4 canisters throughout the 1200 sq ft unit. It covers 400 sq ft per canister so we’ll see how this goes. I started this morning at 7:30 AM. I read on here that the sun can deteriorate the effectiveness so if it doesn’t work well I’m going to do it again and run it for 24 hr period that includes night time!
The apt had a smoker in it for 4 years – So the blinds were brown – suppose to be white! YIKES.. so we’ll see how this goes. We have about 200 sq ft of carpet and we’re very interested on how it turns out

We have a semi-truck with a driver who was asked not to smoke in the truck, he ignored our request and it smells horrible. I found this product during my Google search and it did what it promised, the truck smells great and definitely worth the price, just follow the directions. This is a wonderful product!

I own a 1996 Ford Escort that I acquired from the original owner 5 years ago. I know the original owner and she was a chain smoker. The car smelled of heavy smoke all in the upholstery, air vents and everywhere.
It was almost unbearable and was still bad even five years later. As a non smoker I tried everything to get that smell out the car since I have to young kids that ride in the back. I tried rolling down the windows, detailing the car, air fresheners, Febreeze and more. You name it, I tried it and nothing worked. Then I got a hold of the Auto SHOCKER and decided to give it try since it was so affordable compared to the other solutions I have already tried. The instructions were easy to follow and the whole process was simple. When all was said and done, my car no longer smelled of smoke. It smelled like a cleaning product, like my wife had just cleaned the kitchen. It was miraculous! Now I feel safer to put my kids in the car and we can now have an air freshener that smell like flowers instead of smoke & flowers. I ordered a product to remove odor caused by spilling gasoline in the trunk of my car. The description for the product was to remove odor from smoke, skunks, etc. It did not mention gasoline, but it worked in my case. The gasoline odor was in the trunk and interior of the car. I phoned customer service and asked whether I could put the product in the trunk for three hours and then move it to the car interior. I was advised not to move the product. I disagree with this advice. I did move the product, and I believe that it removed the odor from the trunk and interior.

Purchased a 2009 Mercedes SUV last week… big mistake. I did not notice the odor in the car during the test drive, but immediately noticed it after the contract was signed – even asked for a “cooling off” contract and was told it would cost the dealer $500, and “after all… Mercedes stands behind a trade back within 7 days…” RIGHT… After complaining about the smell (in writing), I was told they would pick it up and take it back to their Detailer’s Shop… Now, I have a car that smells like “BLEACH over DIRTY HAIR…” Does this Biocidesystem product really work??? I recently bought a used car that had clearly been smoked in by a previous owner. I thought I could tolerate the smell but after a few weeks I thought I was going to have to sell the car as the smell was just so horrible. I used Auto-shocker yesterday, left it overnight and today – nothing but a clorine smell! I am thrilled. I do think it is going to take a few days for the clorine smell to leave the car as it was still there this evening but that is no big deal to me. Now the test of time starts as to if the smoke smell will return but right now the smoke stench is gone even with the heat and a/c on in the car! Thank you Auto-shocker! Great product!!! My wife & I purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima recently. The previous owner was a pipe smoker, & I am convinced did not roll down the window while smoking. We shampooed all of the upholstery, carpet,& seat belts, & wiped down all of the plastic, the glass,& everything that we could get to, even carefully cleaned the headliner. The smell was better, but not gone. Even after all of this cleaning, when the heat was used in the recirculate position, it was like sticking your nose in a full ash tray. We bought a 1968 Cadillac Hearse on Ebay. When we picked it up, the chemical odor was so strong it was almost unbearable. Ebay buyer beware! But we loved the car, so I started trying everything I know to get rid of the embalming smell. First, Fabreeze. Sickly smell on top of the original odor. No help. Next, I used an ozonator for almost 28 hours straight on HIGH, and no change. Then I used a neutralizing spray, and no change. Then I used a large tray of activated charcoal for 24 hours. No change. I ordered Auto Shocker and can’t wait to get it here. I need help! I’m running out of options!

I used the AutoShocker on an odor(s) that I’d been working on for 7 months. Nothing worked completely until I used the AutoShock – It TOTALLY eliminated it. I got a car from my mother that had been eaten in, coffee spilled in, exposed to a dog and cat, and mice had gotten into it for a few weeks and made a nest in the spare tire compartment, The interrior was infreuqnetly cleaned and it was closed up most of the time, but it was nearly brand new (2009) and in other wise great shape. I cleaned the interior 4-5 times with a “steam vac”, used an enzyme based system, sprayed down with hydrogen peroxide, used two differnet odor neutralizers, and tried ozone twice. After all that, I could still smell some of the original odor AND now had a general chemical smell. Everytime I got in the car I was not happy because there was a werid combination of odors (pleasant and unplesant) and I couldn’t locate where it was coming from. I had exhausted every odor removal approach available. The only thing that removed the odor and the linguiring chemical smells was AutoShock. I used as directed and left it for 24 hours. I am amazed. This stuff really does work.

I must admit I had my doubts about your product but happily I couldn’t have been more wrong. My wife left a galloon of milk in the trunk of our BMW and after about 7 days it burst. I just wanted to take the time out to say “I AM A BELIEVER!” I recently bought a used car and it turned out to be a “smoker’s car”, which I didn’t notice until I got it home because they had just detailed the car. The car is so nice and the price was way below where it should have been (my guess is because people got in it and noticed the smell), so I really did not want to return it. Most reviews were of cigarette smoke. Have been afraid of buying a new car due to the new car fumes. I go into migraines around them.

1. Yes it does work on new car odor which is caused by chemical compounds like adhesives and fabric and fiber sealers .
2. If you put the car in direct sunlight and ventilate the car well with doors open, it can go away in as quick as 20 minutes. UV rays from the sunlight brake down ClO2 quickly.
I ordered the auto shocker in hopes of ridding my moms car of an animal stinch. I had already paid $150 to have the car professionally detailed, bought numerous carpet cleaners, and tried white vinegar. Nothing seemed to work. I found the auto shocker while searching for other car cleaning methods on the Internet. I thought what the heck, I am ginna give it a try. Shipping was very fast and the product was user friendly. I left it in the car for 24 hours or more. There was a slight chlorine odor but the funky animal smell was gone. It’s been 3 days and the car still smells fresh. If your skeptical about this product, don’t be, it’s awesome. Now wanna try room shockers for her house, which also has a terrible stinch about it.

Yes our product Auto Shocker Quick Release will eliminate the smoke odor that is present in your vehicle. What you can do so that you can destroy the odors in the trunk as well is to pull the back seats down so the opening that leads into the trunk is exposed making it easier for the Auto Shocker to eliminate odor from there. If you are not able to pull the back seats down then I would recommend using 2 Auto Shockers, one for the inside of the vehicle and one for the trunk to ensure that the odor is completely destroyed. As soon as you are done with the product the last step you would take is to open the car doors and let it air out for 20-30 minutes and the odor will be completely gone. There is no residue or wipe down necessary. I hope this helps and please let us know if you have anymore questions and we will be happy to help you.
I just recently purchased a low milage 1 owner 2006 Chrysler 300C and love the car, but the first owner was a smoker. He tried to cover it up with one of those little fragrance “trees” , but just made the smell worse, like an old motel room. I tried Fabreeze and it did not help in the least. I ordered the $24.95 auto shock treatment and tried it out the day I got it in the mail. The directions were followed exactly as written, except I did not change out the cabin filter, as the car only has 14,000 miles on it. Once activated, I ran the AC on Recirculation for about 20 minutes, shut off the car and let it set for the next 20 hours with all the windows closed. It worked pefectly!! No smell of any kind except a very light bleach smell, clean like a hospital room! I just purchased this product today! I pray to god this works. I have tried everything I can think of to get the Nicotine, Cigarette smell out of my car. I purchased a used Lincoln MKZ from a dealership a year and a half ago. I noticed the smell when I test drove the car and thought for sure with a good cleaning the smell would go away. After several $$ in having the carpet cleaned and the car detailed and cans upon cans of stuff you spray in the vents to clean them. Nothing has ever worked. The first 6 months I drove the car, being a person with asthma and allergies I never imagined I would ever get so sick and nauseaous from the nicotine smell in my car. Bought a used car. Prior owner must have cleaned interior with a power washer. Carpet pads were completely soaked and 1/2 inch of water on floor. Mildew smell was unbearable even when driving with with all windows open. I could feel the furry things growing in my lungs.
Yanked all seats and carpet, replaced the headliner. Lysoled and shampooed all seats and carpets then applied baking soda, Wiped down everthing with vineagar/water solution then left pan of vinegar in car to absorb odors, ran dehumiidifier in car. Drove in bare metal car for 2 weeks and smell would not go away.
Ordered and used Autoshock per label directions and smell is gone. Simple.

I just purchases a 2002 BMW M3 Convertible that is a real haed turner but the previous owner was a smoker. The smell of smoke was everywhere, in the carpet, in the seats, in the convertible top, and even in the owners manuels. There was ash in the ashtrays, under the seats and even in the trunk.

I purchased a used Chevrolet 3500 pickup from a major dealership that had been heavily smoked in. Started off like many others did trying to useFabreeze and other products with no luck. Saw this on Internet and after reading all the positive testimonials thought I give it a try.
Well it works great and as advertised! Follow the directions inside the cup they send you! I put in truck for 12 hours and no more nasty ciagette smell. Like others have stated leaves a light chlorine smell, but it is disappating rapidly.

Recently purchased a mint 2002 pathfinder with 34K original miles. The owner was a smoker but the car was pristine so I bought it. I am an ex smoker and can’t handle cigarette smoke, makes me physically sick. I had hoped to make the car tolerable but after two intensive cleanings I still couldn’t drive the car a long distance. Figured I would try the biocide product as a last resort before I put the car up for sale. Followed the directions and 18 hours later…Wow that’s all I can say. There is not any indication that this vehicle has ever been smoked in. This is one great product. Spend the 25 bucks you can’t go wrong!
I bought an autoSHOCKER Quick Release to get the cigarette smoke smell out of my car. Really I was thinking this stuff was a joke and it will never work, it will just mask it for a while and then the smell will come back. Boy, was I wrong and I don’t think I’ve ever been happier to BE wrong. This stuff is easy to use, just open a box, poor some water on it and leave it in the car for 24 hrs and like magic all and every smell is gone!!! I’m eager to try the home version … I’ve smoked in this house for 30 years … most people say they can’t believe a smoker lives here, but sometimes it’s bad…I have 9-ft ceilings and a very open floor plan; probably about 1000 sf needs to be treated (not the bedrooms or bathrooms). How many units should I use, and what period of time do I need to leave the house? I have a dog, cat and goldfish, too … we really don’t have anyplace to stay for days, so … ? I want to put the house on the market; it’s beautiful, but I know it’ll sell much more quickly if it doesn’t smell like a bar!!!!!!! Also, if I get the product, but don’t treat for a few months, will the guarantee still be valid? Thanks for any info.
