Fighting Mold and Mildew in Your Lake House

What the first thing you notice every year when you open up the lake house? If you answered “musty smell” or “mildew smell,” you’re not alone. Most lake houses have mold and mildew problems. Knowing you’re not alone is small comfort if you still have a musty smell in house, though.

So how do you go about getting rid of mildew smell in your lake house? Your first step should be to locate the source of the mildew.
